Delivery is Free to UK mainland only. We can however, ship to other parts of the UK for an additional charge. Please contact us with your full address, and we will do our best to help.

With our quick and efficient ordering system, we try to dispatch all orders on the day of purchase (order needs to be placed prior to 12:00). The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, depending on where you live, however as per our reviews, our couriers often outperform these parameters.

The maximum delivery time set out in our T&Cs is 30 days, however if we expect any delays to your order we will notify you as quickly as possible.

We only sell brand new tyres, and are fully covered by the manufactures warranty. If you encounter an problem with the tyres you have received, please let us know, and we can raise a warranty defect form with the manufacturer.

With our integrated PayPal payment platform, and SSL certificate, all online transactions are fully protected. We accept all types of payments, however if you are experiencing issues, please let us know via our contact us page and we will do our best to help! We do not charge additional fees for credit card transactions.

Yes, we can dispatch your tyres to a local fitting station of your choice. Once you have added your tyres to your basket, simply tick “Deliver to a different address” and fill in the fitting station address.

All prices shown on loban.co.uk are inclusive of VAT. You will be able to see the total VAT included in the price upon checkout. A VAT invoice will be sent over to the email address provided. If you haven’t received an invoice within 10 days of purchase, please contact us.

At loban.co.uk, we do our best to meet all customer demands, however if you are not satisfied by the service you have received, please get in touch via our contact us page, and we will do out best to rectify any issue!

Please check the tyres over upon delivery, and only accept when you are satisfied that the tyres received match your order. If you notice any defects / or receive an incorrect size / brand, do not accept the delivery, and contact us. We will arrange a replacement.

If you have accepted the goods, but realised you purchased the incorrect size, we can supply replacement tyres, however the courier fees for the return will be your responsibility. We can only provide a credit note for the value of the order (less £10 per tyre administration fee). So there may be an additional payment required if there is a price discrepancy, however we will do our best to help.

If you have fitted or attempted to fit the tyres on your car, we cannot accept the return as the tyres will no longer be considered new.

All returns will only be accepted if the tyres are in the same condition you received them.
