1. Purchasing via loban.co.uk
a. By purchasing via loban.co.uk (company reg: SC545202) the customer is accepting all of the terms that come with using the website. Customer has to be 18 years or older. Loban Limited reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not met.
b. Putting an order in will result in the customer putting forward a contractual offer to buy goods supplied by Loban Limited, and will enter into the contract upon accepting delivery of the goods.
c. Placing an order via loban.co.uk will result in the customer receiving a confirmation email, followed up with a completion email to advise that the order has been processed and the goods have been dispatched to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check said emails have been received and to contact loban.co.uk via the dedicated contact page if an email is not received.
d. In the case that stock is not available after an order is placed, Loban Limited will contact the customer via email. If Loban Limited is unable to communicate with the customer, the order placed will be cancelled by Loban Limited, and no contract of sale will take place. Loban Limited have no control over the stock levels of its suppliers.
e. Loban Limited (loban.co.uk) reserves the right to change the price and stock of all goods at any time. Loban limited reserves the right to cancel any order placed, and reimburse the customer any money, so long as no expenses have been incurred by Loban Limited. If expenses have been incurred, Loban Limited reserves the right to issue a refund less the expenses incurred due to sale. In these cases, the customer will be informed. All prices of goods on loban.co.uk are subject to change. Any price quoted to a customer is also subject to change at any time. Loban limited reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
f. The price quoted will only be valid if the customer proceeds to place an order based on the said quote within 12 hours.
g. In the event an order has been placed, but there is no stock to fulfil the customer’s order, Loban Limited has the right to cancel the order and will inform the customer.
h. Once a customer has made payment for the selected goods, the goods will be immediately processed for shipping. Any unpaid order may be cancelled by Loban Limited after 5 days from the date of purchase.
i. It is the customer’s responsibility to deem the goods selected / purchased on loban.co.uk are appropriate for their use. The customer is responsible for checking the tyre size selected / purchased match exactly to the required tyre size for their vehicle. Advice provided by Loban Limited or any of its agents should only be treated as statements, and it is the customer’s responsibility to make the final decision on any purchases. The products sold on loban.co.uk should only be used for their intended purpose. Loban Limited will not be responsible for any misuse of the goods supplied.

2. Dispatch, Delivery & Cancellation
a. Loban.co.uk offers a simple and efficient way to purchase goods that are delivered directly to the customer. Delivery is Free to UK mainland only, and Loban Limited reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order to which is deems the address unsuitable. Additional charges may apply for shipment outside UK mainland.
b. Loban Limited will use a courier to deliver the goods to the customer’s selected address, however may also deliver using their own vans / drivers depending on location.
c. The customer may choose to have the tyres delivered to an alternative address, such as a fitting station. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange acceptance of the delivery with any alternative address. Loban Limited reserve the right to cancel and orders where the stipulated delivery address by the customer is un deliverable or the party at the delivery addresses refuses deliver. In such an event, Loban Limited reserve the right to withhold any expenditure costs from the reimbursement amount to the customer.
d. All goods must be signed for upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods prior to accepting delivery. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods, they may choose to refuse delivery and should contact loban.co.uk via the dedicated contact page to resolve any issues. Once goods are signed for, the customer accepts the goods are brand new and as per the description stipulated on loban.co.uk. The customer should contact Loban Limited if there are any concerns after signing for the goods, and Loban Limited will carry out and investigate and take appropriate action based on the situation.
e. Delivery of goods should take up to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays in UK) and are subject to stock availability. In extreme cases, delivery of goods may take up to a maximum of 30 days from order being placed. The above-mentioned times are subject to extensions due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to; pandemics, strikes, lockdowns or anything out with the control of Loban Limited. Loban Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind caused by the delay, and will notify the customer of any delay as soon as Loban Limited is aware of it. In the event the goods are not in stock, the customer will be informed and will have the opportunity to cancel the order if an alternative suggested by Loban Limited is deemed un-satisfactory.
f. The couriers used by Loban Limited have the right to split up orders as they see fit to ensure delivery is as timely as possible. In the situation a customer receives an incorrect number of goods, the customer should contact loban.co.uk to advise of this as soon as possible. Loban Limited will liaise with the courier and carry out an investigation. E.g. customer orders 4 tyres. Received 2 the following day as the courier has split the delivery, and receives the final 2 the next day.
g. Once the customer has placed an order with loban.co.uk, the delivery address shall not be changed unless loban.co.uk is able to do so. In this case, the customer will be instructed to email [email protected] and provide a new delivery address. Loban Limited will respond to this email and confirm whether the change have been processed. If the address is not changed, then it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If no one is available, the courier may leave a card, and may attempt to redeliver the goods. The customer may have to contact loban.co.uk or the courier directly to arrange a re-delivery slot.
h. Loban Limited will provide the customer with tracking details via email, which can be used to check the status of the delivery of the goods.
i. In the event a courier has attempted to deliver the goods and no one is available to accept delivery and Loban Limited is unable to establish communication with the customer, the order may be subject to cancellation.
j. In the event any order is cancelled after the goods have already been dispatched, Loban Limited will wait until goods are returned, examined and confirmed to be in the same state as dispatched. Only then will the customer be reimbursed.
k. All prices displayed on loban.co.uk are in GBP pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT and include free delivery (UK mainland) (VAT Registration No – GB 300824643).
l. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct attributes required. Loban Limited will dispatch the goods as selected by the customer on loban.co.uk. If for any reason, the customer receives goods that do not match the specifications of the customer’s order, the customer should refuse delivery. In the event delivery was accepted but the goods are incorrect, the customer should contract loban.co.uk via the contact us page, and loban.co.uk will arrange for replacement goods to be sent out and for the incorrect goods to be collected. The customer should allow loban.co.uk time (as per the delivery timeframes stated above) to arrange delivery of the correct items and for the collection of the incorrect goods. If the customer signed for the goods, but they are incorrect, it is the customers responsibility to keep the goods in the same condition they have received them in. Replacement goods will only be supplied / dispatched once loban.co.uk has collected the incorrect goods, and verified that the goods are in the same conditions they were dispatched.
m. The customer reserves the right to cancel an order only if the goods have not yet been dispatched. Once the goods are dispatched, the customer will not be able to cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel once the goods have been received, they should contact loban.co.uk and agree a suitable collection time. The customer is responsible for arranging suitable transport of the goods back to loban.co.uk (return address will be provided by Loban Limited once agreed that tyres are being returned). Loban Limited will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer to get the goods back to Loban Limited.
n. Please check the tyres over upon delivery, and only accept when you are satisfied that the tyres received match your order. If you notice any defects / or receive an incorrect size / brand, do not accept the delivery, and contact us. We will arrange a replacement. If you have accepted the goods, but realised you purchased the incorrect size, we can supply replacement tyres, however the courier fees for the return will be your responsibility. We can only provide a credit note for the value of the order (less courier charges incurred). There may be an additional payment required if there is a price discrepancy, however we will do our best to help. If you have fitted or attempted to fit the tyres on your car, we cannot accept the return as the tyres will no longer be considered new. All returns will only be accepted if the tyres are in the same condition you received them. Customer will only receive a refund once this has been verified by Loban Limited.

3. Payment Methods
a. Loban Limited uses PayPal as its payment platform, and accepts the following forms of payment; PayPal, credit / debit cards, bank transfers. All payments the go through loban.co.uk are processed via PayPal’s payment platform.
b. In the event the customer chooses to pay via bank transfer, loban.co.uk will provide the bank details, and will only dispatch goods once the payment has cleared. This may take up to 5 working days depending on bank used, however is not limited to. If the money has not cleared, the goods will not be dispatched and Loban Limited may cancel the order as unpaid.

4. Returns
a. The customer may choose to return the goods purchased if they are no longer required within 14 days of the order date (up and including day 14). In this case, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange for the goods to be delivered back to Loban Limited. Once received and examined the customer will receive a refund, less an administration fee of £10.00 GBP per tyre. Loban Limited reserve the right to change this fee where they feel appropriate.
b. Loban Limited may provide a courier to collect the goods for the customer, and a cost of £15.00 GBP per tyre.
c. Example: Customer purchases 4 tyres for £300.00 GBP, receives the goods however later decides that the goods are not required. It has been 7 days since the order day so the customer is within the 14-day return window. The customer will need to get in touch with Loban Limited to advise of this return (use the contact us page). The customer also wants Loban Limited to arrange the collection of the tyres, and agrees to pay the £15 per tyre charge. The charge is payable with all payment methods mentioned above. Once the funds are received, Loban Limited will arrange the collection and after the goods have been received, examined and verified to be in the same condition they were dispatched in, Loban Limited will issue a refund of £260.00 GBP (£300.00 less £10.00 per tyre administration fee). The customer will receive confirmation that the return has been processed successfully, and will be issues the refund promptly. Please note, the refund can take up to 14 days to process.

5. Product warranty
a. Loban Limited does not manufacture any of the goods sold, and are therefore only responsible for arranging the delivery of the goods purchased on loban.co.uk. Loban Limited is not liable for any defective products.
b. All products sold on loban.co.uk are brand new and come with a full manufacturer’s warranty from the day the goods have been received.
c. In the unlikely event the customer receives tyres that are defective, the customer will need to contact Loban Limited, and raise a warranty claim form. Loban Limited will act as the mediator between the customer and the manufacturer. The manufacturer will carry out and investigation, and provide a report which will confirm whether the goods supplied were defective. If so, the customer will have the option claim a full refund, and request for the defective goods to be replaced. In the event the manufacturer rules that there is no defect, the customer will not be due a refund nor will the customer receive the goods supplied for the investigation.
d. It is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the goods for the investigation to the manufacturer. Loban Limited will fully support the process, and will keep the customer updated regularly via email.

6. Product Reviews
a. Loban.co.uk allows users to leave review of the products and to submit questions. Loban Limited will not tolerate any form of violent, abusive, threatening defamatory, invasive of privacy or intellectual rights or illegal behaviour in any shape. Loban Limited reserve the right to change or delete any such reviews or comments left on loban.co.uk. Loban Limited will report any such activity to the appropriate authorities to deal with the individual responsible of breaking these rules.
